At Chronos 1907, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the eligibility criteria outlined below. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Complete Packaging: All accessories, documentation (manuals, certificates, etc.), and the original packaging must be included and intact.

Resalable Condition: The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. Any item that does not meet this standard will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been unsealed, used, or show visible signs of tampering.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or packaging during the return process.
- Items returned without the original packaging or missing accessories/documentation.
Return Shipping Policy

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Chronos 1907 does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping fees.

Exception: If the return is due to an error by Chronos 1907 (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label, and all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Shipping Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. Chronos 1907 is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email us at contact@chronos1907.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please include:
- Your order number
- The purchase date
- The reason for the return

Approval Process: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email of its status. If approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization number (RA#)
- Detailed instructions for returning your product

Return the Item: Pack the product securely in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.

Ship the Product: Arrange for shipping to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Policy

Inspection Period: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets all return conditions.

Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty Information
All watches purchased from Chronos 1907 are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, which applies exclusively to the internal mechanism of the watch. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wear and tear on external parts, such as straps, clasps, or the case.
