At chronos-1907, we are committed to ensuring fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery for all our USA customers and international buyers.

1) Order processing times

• Handling time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 6:00 PM  USA time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

• Verification: We may perform fraud and address checks; this can add 1 working day if clarification is needed.

2) Transit time, cost & estimate delivery time.

• Service: Standard (tracked) only — no Express delivery offered.

• Transit time: 6–10 working days from dispatch for all destinations.

• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size.

• Total Delivery time 7-12 Business days

• Notes: Delivery windows exclude customs/security delays and events outside our reasonable control. Remote areas may take longer.

3) Carriers & tracking

• We use reputable carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx and national postal partners).

• A tracking number is provided by email/SMS once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

4) Shipping restrictions

• PO Boxes, BFPO, parcel lockers: Some carriers/services cannot deliver; where unsupported, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

• Prohibited items/territories: If your order contains restricted goods or a destination is not serviceable, we will cancel and refund.

• Signature on delivery: For high-value orders, a signature may be required.

5) Address changes & order edits

• For security, we cannot change the delivery address after checkout once the order is processed.

• If you need to update details before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once shipped, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

6) Pre-orders, backorders & split shipments

• Pre-/backorders: Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page/checkout and may change. You’ll receive updates by email.

• Split shipments: We may ship items separately to meet the 6–10 working days window at no extra cost; you’ll receive tracking per parcel.

7) Delivery issues (lost, delivered-but-not-received, damaged)

• Lost in transit: If tracking does not show delivery within the 6–10 working days window, contact us. We’ll open a carrier investigation. Resolution (replacement/refund) follows the investigation outcome.

• Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with neighbours/reception/concierge and the carrier. We’ll assist, but we are not liable for theft after confirmed delivery.

• Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 calendar days with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement or refund (see Return & Refund Policy).

8) Customs, duties & taxes (international)

• Orders shipped outside your local customs union may incur import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on arrival, payable by the recipient.

• We may ship DDU/DDP depending on destination and service; checkout will state if taxes are collected at checkout. Where not collected, local charges are due on delivery.

• For returns from abroad, clearly mark parcels as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid extra charges.

9) Shipping fees, free shipping & surcharges

• Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

• Free shipping (if advertised) applies only to specified regions/order values/service levels; exclusions (e.g., oversized/remote) may apply.

• Carriers may add remote area or oversize surcharges; these will be shown at checkout where possible.

10) Delivery attempts & unclaimed parcels

• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we can reship (postage payable) or refund the item price minus actual shipping/return costs Return & Refund Policy.

11) Force majeure & delays

• Weather events, strikes, peak-season congestion, customs inspections and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed where possible.
